Opened on March 26, 2015, the first phase of development includes a luxury casino with 1,500m2 (16,145 sq ft) of gaming space, with 12 live tables and over 72 electronic table games and slot machines. The casino resort is a joint venture of Hong Kong-based Silver Heritage Group and Phoenix International Travel Development. Phoenix International Club is located on Phao Thu Hill, in the center of Bac Ninh City about 45 minutes from Hanoi.
Update: According to a report of a notice issued in a Friday, Mafiling to the Australian Securities Exchange, all gaming operators at Silver Heritage Group Ltd's Phoenix International Club in Bắc Ninh will cease at 6am Vietnam time on March 1 for an 'indefinite period.' Notice was reportedly received by the casino's general manager communicating that table games are no longer included in its revised investment certificate and therefore not permitted to be operated on the property.
